Drafting your Will

You'll tell us who you trust to act as executors and trustees and how you would like your estate distributing, who you do and who you don't want to inherit.  We'll send you draft copies of the documents for you to approve, and you'll have plenty of time to consider your options. 

Signing and storing your documents

Once you're happy with the final draft of your documents we'll send them recorded delivery to be signed and witnessed.  We'll send you a storage certificate to share with your executors, and we will update the National Will archive regarding the location of your Will
